Have you ever wondered how to make your yeast "happy?" Or how to make the perfect rose... out of salami? Look no further than our baking 101 course! In this triple class series, each of our bakers will share the knowledge they have learned on their journey to help make your baking journey even better! Each class focuses on a different aspect and will include copies of our recipes, step by step instructions and more! Plus, with each class you will walk away with ready to eat creations that are all yours! Class 1: Cookies 101 January 8th 6 pm to 7:30pm Baker: Savannah This class will teach you the basics of flooding, royal icing transfers, icing consistency and much more! Class 2: Dough 101 January 15th 6 pm to 7:30 pm Baker: Esther Making yeast happy, rolling dough and creating the perfect filling are just a few of the skills you will learn during this 90 minute class with Esther! Class 3: Charcuterie 101 January 22nd 6pm to 7:30 pm Baker: Diany Create your own mini loaf of bread then learn how to accent it with a variety of charcuterie techniques. This class focuses on flavor pallets as well as plenty of techniques and board ideas! By signing up you understand that you are signing up for ALL THREE CLASSES. This is a baking COURSE and we are not teaching these separately. Space is limited to only 5 per class. Anyone 10 and up is welcome to sign up.
